PACS independent living program provides structured, supportive housing for adults seeking sustainable place to call home in a collective community environment. This program promotes accountability and functional shared living.

Unit inclusions
Water, electricity, cable or streaming, internet, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, exit signs,
Cleaning inclusions
Washer/dryer, dish detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags,
Kitchen inclusions
Microwaves, toaster, air fryer, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, labeled cabinets,
Double occupancy rooms include
XL twin bed dressed, storage space, privacy curtains, fingerprint door entry
Seating inclusions
love seats, chairs, dining table, outdoor smoking section,
Monitoring inclusions
Common area indoor monitoring, front door and back door monitoring
Eligibility Requirements & Intake Criteria Requirements
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Be able to live independently not requiring 24 hour medical care, personal care, or clinical supervision. Adhere to the no pets policy. Willing to comply with all program rules, policies, and expectations. Must successfully complete intake interview to be placed on waiting list.
Intake consist of completing application and interview. Provide all documentation and valid identification, Provide point of contact for current housing. proof of income (SSI, SSDI, Private Pay, VA benefits, sponsorship) Accept acknowledge of policies and program fees.
